At GJ Photograffiti, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will arrange for a return or exchange. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for returns and exchanges.

Return & Exchange Policy

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. If everything is in order, we will issue a refund for the cost of the product. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
