Fine Art Prints

There is a saying among Glacier's mountaineers; "You can't miss,  just point the camera in any direction and shoot." And I think that's partially true, Glacier National Park's beauty is unparalleled. But as I've gained more experience I've come to realize my best photos come from being in the right place at the right time.

As photography is the study of light, my favorite shots come from moments where the light interacts with it's environment, to create colors I never expected to see in nature.  That's why not all of my photos are from the peaks, and not all mountain climbs produce a cover photo for me.  I've worked tirelessly on perfecting my technique, to not only capture the light of a fleeting moment, but also present an edited post that's authentic and true to the beautiful colors of nature.

I can't say I'm always successful in capturing these moments, but the pursuit has proved worthwhile. This album is what I consider my best of the best, those once-in-a-lifetime photo opportunities. Thank you so much for your interest, I hope you enjoy my GNP fine art photography.
